Sherwood/Hicksville Libraries

Well, where do I begin? Fair? Unfair? Does anyone realize which library is used more per capita then the other? Believe it or not, it is not the "main" branch. It is Sherwood, then Hicksville, then Defiance. Ask Marilyn Hite how the surveys turned out....
