Thursday, 10:33 p.m., at North Clinton and West Sessions streets, a car driven by Dennis Etchen, 63, 603 Chicago Ave., Hicksville, struck a car driven by Sueann Bidlack, 60, 4628 Ohio 634, Continental. Etchen was cited for failure to drive in marked lanes. Damage to both vehicles was light.
Tuesday, Sabine Amador, 46, address unavailable, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct while intoxicated after an alleged incident at 1000 Ralston Ave.
Thursday, Robert Owen, 23, Defiance, was charged with violating a protection order after an alleged incident at the Meijer store.
Thursday, Daniel Ramirez, 42, Defiance, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence and criminal trespass after an alleged incident on Wilson Avenue.

Defiance Common Pleas
Corey Greene, 35, Toledo, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in marijuana, a fifth-degree felony, and two counts of aggravated menacing, each a first-degree misdemeanor, according to Prosecutor Morris Murray's office. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 8 and he was given a $25,000 cash bond with a 10 percent allowance provision.
Dwight Russell, 34, Continental, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in marijuana, a fourth-degree felony, and possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.
Roger Shawley, 51, 08047 Stever Road, pleaded not guilty to theft, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 30 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.
Fulton Common Pleas
Seth Bowser, 26, Delta, was sentenced to three years in prison after previously pleading guilty to a charge of burglary. He was charged in connection with break-ins at two Swanton residences.
In a separate case, Bowser pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 months jail on a charge of receiving stolen property.
