Monday, 4:58 p.m., on Downs Street, east of Jefferson Avenue, a van driven by Christina Noriega, 24, 408 W. Mulberry S., Deshler, struck a car driven by Tisha Sandys, 29, 2082 Buckingham Court. Noriega was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to both vehicles was light.
Monday, Ryan Druhot, 18, Defiance, was charged with possession of marijuana after an alleged incident at 1132 Jefferson Ave.

Monday, 8:30 a.m., at U.S. 6 and County Road 17, a car driven by Pamela Biederstedt, 60, Q-649 County Road 17, Napoleon, and a car driven by Warren Ruby, 33, 1142 Lagrange St., Napoleon, collided. Biederstedt was cited for failure to yield. Biederstedt was transported by Napoleon Rescue to Fulton County Health Center, Wauseon, where her condition was unavailable. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.
Monday, 11:07 a.m., at 110 E. High St., Florida, a horse ran into the side of a car driven by Lyle Heilman, 81, 110 Forest St., Napoleon. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.
Today, 1:28 a.m., on Bartlow Township Road 3, south of County Road E, a car driven by Joanelle Fisher, 23, 324 W. South St., Deshler, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Defiance Common Pleas
Amber Adams, 21, 708 Holly Glen Drive, appeared for sentencing on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, according to Prosecutor Morris Murray's office. She was placed on community control for three years and ordered to make $1,729.47 in restitution. Adams possessed property stolen from Affordable Auto Repair.
Zachary Deitrick, 20, 700 Kiser Road, appeared for sentencing on three counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, each a second-degree felony. He was placed on community control for four years and classified as a tier II sexual offender, and his computer was ordered forfeited. Deitrick published and possessed materials involving minors engaging in sexual activity.
Dustin Swanson, 18, 1284 Myrna St., appeared for sentencing on a charge of robbery, a third-degree felony. He was placed on community control for three years and ordered to have no association with three co-defendants. Swanson aided and abetted in the use, or threat of immediate use, of force against a victim at a Defiance business while demanding property.
Gary Wodarski, 39, Toledo, pleaded guilty to theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was fined $250 and placed on non-reporting probation for two years. Wodarski took property from Defiance's Sears, JCPenney and Elder-Beerman stores.
Timothy Babcock, 31, 700 Kiser Road, pleaded guilty to abduction, a third-degree felony. A presentence investigation was ordered and his $500,000 cash bond with a 10 percent allowance provision was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for July 6.
Wetzel Matney Jr., 59, 20341 Kiser Road, pleaded no contest to abduction, a third-degree felony, and domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, and was found guilty of each. A presentence investigation was ordered and his personal-recognizance bond was continued. Sentencing was set for July 22.
Brandon Roehrig, 21, 1554 Westgate Drive, pleaded no contest to breaking and entering, and trafficking in marijuana, each a fifth-degree felony, and was found guilty. A presentence investigation was ordered and his personal-recognizance bond was continued. Sentencing was set for July 17.
Robert Seevers Jr., 40, 04613 Arrowsmith Road, pleaded guilty to failure to provide notice of change of address, a third-degree felony. A presentence investigation was ordered and his personal-recognizance bond was continued. Sentencing was scheduled for July 22.
Aaron Gonzales, 20, 416 Harrison Ave., pleaded not guilty to burglary, a second-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 2 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.
