Sunday, 4:15 a.m., on Ohio 15 in Williams County's Washington Township, a truck driven by Benjamin Baldwin, 25, Pioneer, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Saturday, 3:52 p.m., at Ottawa and Cleveland avenues, a car driven by Curtis Agner, 25, 509 Ravine Ave., and a van driven by Eric Marks, 43, Columbus Grove, collided. Agner was cited for a stop sign violation. Damage to both vehicles was moderate.
Saturday, 4:43 p.m., on North Clinton Street, south of U.S. 24, a car driven by Brett Thurlwell, 21, 710 Village Lane, struck a van driven by Ronald Witte, 30, 377 Maumee Lane, Napoleon. Thurlwell was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was moderate to Witte's vehicle and heavy to Thurlwell's.
Saturday, 5:06 p.m., at North Clinton Street and Elliott Road, a car driven by Robert Wright, 47, 1035 Mohawk Way, Wauseon, struck a truck driven by John Simmons, 47, 9220B U.S. 6, Bryan. Wright was cited for a red light violation. Damage to both vehicles was moderate.

Sunday, Jessica McGuire, 28, Defiance, was served a bench warrant from Defiance Municipal Court and served a summons on charges or assault and criminal damaging. She was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.
Sunday, Cheryl Terrell, 63, Defiance, was charged with child endangering after an alleged incident at East High and Clinton streets.

Friday, 10:37 p.m., on County Road 17-D, south of County Road L-1, a motorcycle driven by Chad Hoschak, 38, 05819 Moser Road, Defiance, struck a utility pole. Hoschak was transported by Napoleon Rescue to Henry County Hospital, Napoleon, where a condition update was unavailable. He was cited for OVI. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.
Sunday, 4:28 p.m., at 326 N. Keyser St., Deshler, a truck driven by Danny Kreais, 57, 130 W. Elm St., Deshler, struck a parked car driven by Pamela Rodriguez, 326 N. Keyser St., Deshler. Damage to both vehicles was moderate.
Today, 2:37 p.m., on U.S. 24, east of Washington Township Road 6-C, a car driven by Crystal Pool, 24, Sandusky, struck trees and an embankment. Pool and a passenger, Andreas Grandberry, 5, Sandusky, were transported by Liberty Rescue to Henry County Hospital where their conditions were unavailable. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.
Saturday, Devon Rader, 19, Leipsic, was charged with underage consumption following an alleged incident at 247 N. First St., Hamler.
Sunday, Andrew Hricovsky, 33, address unavailable, was charged with aggravated menacing after an alleged incident at S-152 County Road 4, Washington Township. He was taken to CCNO.

A Paulding County grand jury has indicted nine individuals on a variety of charges. Indicted were:
