Can anyone advise on what the laws are fo stopped school busses on a four lane highway?
Do all four lanes have to stop? I am in Bryan at this time, and continually see cars going south, passing a school bus who is going north.
This is occuring just south of Bobs Marathon in Bryan. around 11 am, and 3:30 pm
I thought all four lanes were required to stop.
