Monday, 2:15 p.m., at Ohio 281 and U.S. 24, a car driven by Joyce Combs, 55, 1721 Stonemore Drive, struck an embankment. Combs was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Tuesday, Christopher Kline, 29, Defiance, was served a warrant from Defiance Municipal Court.

Tuesday, Jason Fisher, 33, Antwerp, was served a warrant from Defiance County Juvenile Probate Court.

Tuesday, 10:38 a.m., on Third Street, east of Clinton Street, a car driven by Eugene Guilliam, 80, 720 Ottawa Ave., struck a car driven by Brenda Scott, 44, 720 Holgate Ave. Guilliam was cited for improper backing. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Tuesday, Joshua Byerly, 21, St. Marys, was charged with stalking and disorderly conduct following a disturbance on Ralston Avenue. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Tuesday, 7:12 a.m., on Ohio 108, north of County Road J, a car driven by Aimee Naveau, 25, 205 Pontious Place, Napoleon, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Tuesday, 6:56 p.m., on County Road T, west of County Road 10, a sport utility vehicle driven by Duane Cover, 50, 101 Lincoln St., Liberty Center, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Tuesday, James Braley, 23, Liberty Center, was served a summons on a charge of theft of auto parts.

Today, Manuel Alfaro, 30, Hamler, was arrested on a warrant from the Bowling Green Police Department on a charge of violating a protection order.

Williams Sheriff

Tuesday, 12:20 p.m., on Ohio 191, south of County Road E.50, a car driven by Wendell Clark, 78, 03083 County Road 22, Stryker, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Tuesday, Joey Gains, 28, 201 Detroit St., Bryan, was arrested on a bench warrant from Bryan Municipal Court on a charge of failure to appear.

Tuesday, a trail camera, valued at $150, was reported stolen from rural Bryan.

Jessica Ramirez, 30, 1713 Durango Drive, appeared on a charge of assault, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment was slated for this morning. Bond was set at $50,000 with a 10 percent cash allowance. A pretrial hearing was also scheduled on charges of OVI (second violation) and failure to control.

Cases set for pretrial hearing: Adam Blateau, 28, Hicksville, obstructing official business; Luis Santiago, 31, Hicksville, OVI (second violation), right half of the roadway.

Sentenced: Adam Blateau, 28, Hicksville, contempt of court, 89 days jail; Luis Santiago, 31, Hicksville, failure to pay, 29 days jail reimposed; Michael Turpening, 21, 20392 Kiser Road, possession of drug paraphernalia, $250 fine, 30 days jail suspended, six-month license suspension; Ashley Valle, 24, 1117 Thurman Ave., probation violation, 515 days jail reimposed; Kara Workman, 20, Napoleon, driving under suspension, $250 fine, 90 days jail suspended.

Napoleon Municipal Court

Sentenced were: James Wilson, 30, 150 Northcrest Drive, Napoleon, no operator's license, 30 days jail suspended, $500 fine; Barbara Gerken, 44, 216 Thomas Ave., Napoleon, OVI, 15 days jail, $550 fine; Rolland Belford, 49, 826 Maple St., Napoleon, domestic violence, one day jail, $250 fine; Michelle Cramer, 36, 525 Appian St., Napoleon, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, three days jail, $250 fine.

Melissa Lee, 22, 30 Huddle Road, Napoleon, resisting arrest, four days jail, $250 fine; aggravated menacing, four days jail, $250 fine.

Kevin Little, 41, Windsor, Ontario, OVI, 10 days jail, $400 fine; prohibited acts, 10 days jail, $250 fine.
