LIBERTY CENTER -- Zac Graber, son of Gary and Lori Graber, of Liberty Center, will be headed to the state fair on July 29.
His speech is about snowmobile safety and is entitled "Out of Nowhere."
Graber took first place in the junior individual division at the Henry County 4-H Health and Safety Speaking Contest on June 11.
He then advanced to the Area 1 4-H Health and Safety Speaking Contest at the Ohio State University Lima Campus on June 26.
There he placed in the top three of 11 participants which advances him to the State 4-H Health and Safety Speaking Contest at the Ohio State Fair.
Graber is a member of the Northeastern 4-H Neighbors and is 12 years old.
