Beta Zeta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma International met recently in the parking lot of the Defiance Catholic School for a "magical mystical journey." The group soon learned that they were about to participate in a progressive picnic.
Members first went to the home of Jean Ann Weible for appetizers, and a business meeting was also conducted.
Then, they went to the home of Becky Knipp for a cook-out. They enjoyed dessert on the patio at Caren Bush's home.
Members were quizzed on how observant they were during the stops and prizes awarded.
Members attending were: Caren Bush, Eileen Chaney, Marlene Coressel, Cathy Croninger, Audrey Eis, Mary Heisler, Millie Holzer, Sandy Honeman, Nancy Hoover, Peg Johnson, Becky Knipp, Ruth Leatherman, Sue Meyer, Helene Moog, Candi Overmyer, Judy Rand, Kathy Rath, Carol Rorick, Chris Schwarzbeck, Charlotte Shrider, Kim Spiess, Louisa Strock, Nancy Jo Sunday, Mary Ann Wade, Jean Ann Weible, Sandy Wettle, Mary Williams, and Bev Wittes.
