Today, time unavailable, on Ohio 66 in Defiance County's Noble Township, a car driven by Jacob Brooks, 24, 6909 Ohio 66, Defiance, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Monday, David Siefker, 38, and Faith Siefker, 38, both of Defiance, were served warrants from Defiance County Common Pleas Court.

Saturday, Tina Custer, 45, Hicksville, was charged with OVI, open container, speeding and driving outside marked lanes following a traffic stop on Ohio 2.

Monday, William Davis Jr., 40, Defiance, was charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident at 821 S. Jackson Ave.

Monday, Sean Oehler, 31, Fremont, Ind., was arrested on a bench warrant from Defiance Municipal Court.

Monday, Tim Overmyer, 53, Defiance, was charged with impersonating a police officer after an alleged incident at Defiance High School.

Monday, 11:10 p.m., on Ohio 108, south of County Road W, a car driven by Martin Gerken, 88, 725 N. Harvest Lane, Wauseon, struck a truck driven by Brian Stoll, 41, 821 W. Graceway Ave., Napoleon. A passenger in Gerken's vehicle, Beverly Patton-Gerken, 75, 725 N. Harvest Lane, Wauseon, was transported by Ridgeville rescue to Fulton County Health Center where her condition was unavailable. Gerken was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to Gerken's vehicle was heavy and damage to Stoll's vehicle was light.

Monday, 5:05 p.m., at 13-913 County Road R, a sport utility vehicle driven by Matthew Smith, 22, 100 Cedarbrook Ave., Napoleon, struck a sport utility vehicle driven by Norman Lanzer, 63, 1500 Oakwood Ave., Napoleon. Smith was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Monday, Jayme Novak, 23, Liberty Center, was issued a summons on a charge of passing bad checks.

Thursday, 10:19 p.m., on County Road 179, south of Ohio 637, a vehicle driven by Amy Ritthaler, 34, Sterling Heights, Mich., struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Paulding Common Pleas

Allan Perce, 41, Van Wert, was sentenced to 11 months in prison for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

Robin Ream, 49, 645 Broadway St., Latty, was sentenced to three years of community control and five days in jail for attempted burglary, a fifth-degree felony. Ream was also ordered to undergo psychiatric treatment.

James Delarber, 27, 24587 Putnam County Road B, Continental, pleaded not guilty to one count of driving while intoxicated and three counts of aggravated vehicular assault, each a third-degree felony. His pretrial hearing was set for July 23 and his trial for Aug. 18.

Ricky Girod, 47, 2871 Road 173, Grover Hill, pleaded not guilty to complicity in illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony, and illegal manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony. His pretrial hearing was set for July 21 and his trial for Aug. 26.

Charles Bays, 47, address unavailable, pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated, a third-degree felony; and menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony. His pretrial hearing was set for July 21 and his trial for Aug. 20.

Patricia Messman, age unavailable, 1096 N. Williams St., Paulding, pleaded not guilty to theft, a fourth-degree felony. Her pretrial hearing was set for July 21 and her trial for Aug. 19.
