Tuesday, Dawn Chapman, 45; Christopher T. Butler, 25; and Amber Adkins, 20, all of Defiance, were charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident at 1109 Holgate Ave.

Tuesday, a Garmin GPS and phone charger were reported stolen from a vehicle parked at 1765 Iroquois Court.

Today, Harold Tershner, 34, Defiance, was served a warrant from Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

Paulding Common Pleas
Kevin Martz Jr., 22, address unavailable, was sentenced to five years of community control and 30 days in jail for nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. He was also ordered to undergo substance abuse treatment, submit to drug tests, make all current child support payments and satisfy all arrearages.

Robert Phlipot, 20, whose last known address was 16167 Road 53, Antwerp, was granted judicial release and sentenced to three years of community control. He was also ordered to undergo substance abuse treatment and submit to drug tests. In March, he was sentenced on two counts of trafficking in marijuana, each a fifth-degree felony.

Robert Parker, age and address unavailable, was sentenced to three years of community control and was committed to the WORTH Center for up to six months for possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. He was also ordered to undergo substance abuse treatment and submit to drug tests.

The case against William Lands, 35, 102 N. Main St., Payne, was dismissed without prejudice. He was indicted on a charge of permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony.
