Friday, 11:07 a.m., on Clinton Street, east of Second Street, vehicles driven by Jill Davis, 71, 716 Jackson Ave., and Eric Westhoven, 37, 24237 Flory Road, collided. Westhoven was cited for assured clear distance. Damage was light to both vehicles.
Friday, 3:15 p.m., at East Second and Douglas streets, a vehicle driven by John Flores, 52, 723 Jackson Ave., struck a stone barrier at 413 Douglas St. He was cited for failure to control. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.
Friday, Shana Hahn, 20, Defiance, was arrested on a bench warrant from Defiance Municipal Court.
Friday, Billy Joe Retcher, 46, 221 W. Rosewood Ave., was cited for driving under suspension following a traffic stop on Cleveland Avenue.
Friday, Nick Crabill, 29, Antwerp, was arrested on a bench warrant from Paulding County Court.

Fire -- Friday, 2:54 p.m., firefighters were called to a report of a car fire at 1408 S. Clinton St. The car was just overheated.
