Wednesday, 8:50 p.m., on Spencerville-Hicksville Road, east of the Indiana/Ohio State Line, a car driven by Chad Thompson, 41, 523 N. Main St., Hicksville, struck a ditch and rolled over. Thompson was transported by Hicksville EMS to Community Memorial Hospital, Hicksville, and was later transferred by air ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, where his condition was unavailable at press time. A passenger, Michael Thompson, 18, was transported by Hicksville EMS to Community Memorial Hospital, Hicksville, where his condition was unavailable. Troopers reported that alcohol is suspected as a factor in the crash. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Wednesday, Chris Hitchcock, 34, Defiance, was served two warrants from Defiance County Common Pleas Court.

Wednesday, a 17-year-old Mark Center juvenile was served a warrant from Defiance County Juvenile Court.

Wednesday, Anthony Brown, 20, Defiance, was arrested on a warrant from Defiance County Common Pleas Court. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Wednesday, Kimberly Barnham, 48, California, was served a warrant from Defiance Municipal Court.
