Cathryne Gray and daughter, McClure. * Police reports State Patrol Wednesday, 8:50 p.m., on Spencerville-Hicksville Road, east of the Indiana/Ohio State Line, a car driven by Chad Thompson, 41, 523 N. Main St., Hicksville, struck a ditch and rolled over. Thompson was transported by Hicksville EMS to Community Memorial Hospital, Hicksville, and was later transferred by air ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, where his condition was unavailable at press time. A passenger, Michael Thompson, 18, was transported by Hicksville EMS to Community Memorial Hospital, Hicksville, where his condition was unavailable. Troopers reported that alcohol is suspected as a factor in the crash. Damage to the vehicle was heavy. Defiance Sheriff Wednesday, Chris Hitchcock, 34, Defiance, was served two warrants from Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Wednesday, a 17-year-old Mark Center juvenile was served a warrant from Defiance County Juvenile Court. Wednesday, Anthony Brown, 20, Defiance, was arrested on a warrant from Defiance County Common Pleas Court. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker. Wednesday, Kimberly Barnham, 48, California, was served a warrant from Defiance Municipal Court. Defiance Police Wednesday, Teresa Kitchen, 38, 508 N. Clinton St., was charged with criminal damaging and disorderly conduct after an alleged incident at her residence. Wednesday, Lesley Quarles, 29, Defiance, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an alleged incident in Defiance. Henry Sheriff Today, Amber Morrow, 20, Deshler, was served a warrant on a charge of failure to appear. She was taken to CCNO. Napoleon Police Wednesday, Mario Rivera, 18, McClure, was charged with complicity to burglary. Today, Annie Reynolds, 24, Napoleon, was charged with domestic violence after an alleged incident at 218 E. Clinton St. Williams Sheriff Wednesday, Chrystal Mundy, 21, Montgomery, Mich., was charged with burglary and felony vandalism. She was taken to CCNO. Wednesday, Brandon Squire, 19, Toledo, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. She was taken to CCNO. Wednesday, the front door of Hudson Leather, 14700 Ohio 15, Pioneer, was vandalized. Justin St. Clair, 20, Delta, was placed on community control for two years and ordered to make $1,249 in restitution after previously pleading guilty to a charges of theft and tampering with evidence.
