State Patrol

Tuesday, 6:25 p.m., on Ney-Williams Center Road in Defiance County's Farmer Township, a sport utility vehicle driven by Megan Freadenberger, 31, Ney, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Today, 5:30 a.m., on Ohio 66 in Defiance County's Tiffin Township, a car driven by Thomas Nally, 25, 01047 Main St., Evansport, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Defiance Sheriff

Tuesday, Robert Conley, 53, Hicksville, was served a bench warrant from Defiance Municipal Court.

Defiance Police

Tuesday, 1:29 p.m., on North Clinton Street, south of Elliott Road, a car driven by Judith Poulson, 61, 10215 Jacobs Trial, struck a truck driven by Bradley Hurst, 23, Archbold. Poulson was cited for speeding. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Tuesday, 5:27 p.m., at Douglas and Second streets, a car driven by Michelle Crites, 36, 1138 Schultz St., struck a car driven by Renee Riedel, 16, 1246 Hilton Head Court. Crites was cited for assured clear distance. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Tuesday, Joel Merillat, 30, Defiance, was charged with domestic violence after an alleged incident at 520 E. Second St.

Today, Matthew Steece and Nicholas Witter, ages unavailable, Defiance, were charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly throwing eggs at an individual in the 100 block of Clinton Street.

Today, Anthony Brown, 20, Defiance, was charged with underage consumption after an alleged incident at 1880 E. Second St.

Henry Sheriff

Tuesday, a gun was reported missing from a residence at 4-026 County Road V.

Tuesday, beer and cash were reported stolen from a garage at 212 N. Henry St., Malinta.

Williams Sheriff

Tuesday, 4:58 a.m., on U.S. 20, east of County Road 12, a car driven by James Wheeler Jr., 49, Edgerton, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Defiance Municipal Court

Sentenced: Jessica McGuire, 28, 823 Wayne Ave., contempt of court, 107 days jail; Andrea Schafer, 38, 403 Seneca St., driving without a license driver, $100 fine, 30 days jail suspended; Timothy Weisgerber, 27, 990 Louden St., driving under suspension, $250 fine, 90 days jail suspended; Kelly Osborn, age unavailable, 06175 Coy Road, Ney, two counts of failure to apply for a dog license, $50 fine;

Jason Hinkle, 37, 310 W. Vine St., Sherwood, stop sign violation, $25 fine; open container, $150 fine.

Fulton Common Pleas

Ashley Braden, 20, Lake City, Tenn., pleaded guilty to a charge of obstructing justice. She was sentenced to 84 days in jail and placed on community control for one year.

Jack Hall, 24, Wauseon, was sentenced to 10 months in jail after previously pleading guilty to a charge of theft. He was convicted of taking $2,598 from a bank account by using another person's ATM card.

Ian Ruffer, 19, Wauseon, who previously pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs, was sentenced to four years in prison.

Fulton County

A Fulton County Grand Jury met recently and handed down the following indictments:

Jose Gonzalez-Arroyo, 32, Delta, was indicted on one count of gross sexual imposition.

Jessica Armstrong, 23, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of theft, one count of theft from an elderly person and nine counts of forgery.

Todd Davis, 37, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, one count of possession of criminal tools, and one count of theft.

Charles Seel, 44, Swanton, was indicted on one count of domestic violence, one count of having weapons while on disability, one count of resisting arrest and one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Arturo Fuentes, 22, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of forgery.

Gustavo Lopez-Vasquez, 20, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of forgery.

Leslie Polaski, 20, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of endangering children.

Brian Torok, 42, Swanton, was indicted on one count of robbery, one count of safecracking and one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
