MR. AND MRS. J. ROGER ENGEL
Mr. and Mrs. J. Roger Engel of Defiance will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary.
J. Roger Engel and Carole Mansfield were married Oct. 26, 1958, in Highland Presbyterian Church by Rev. Robert Reed.
The couple have four children: Mrs. Bill (Kim) Zartman, Macy, Ind.; Doug (Pam), Defiance; Mrs. Mark (Regina) Smith, Corunna, Ind.; and Mrs. Rod (Rhonda) Moore, Butler, Ind. They have eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
The Engels will celebrate the special occasion at an open house for family and friends from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 26, in the Eagles, 711 W. Second St.
