ARCHBOLD --Delta carried a lot momentum from their NWOAL title on Saturday into the Region 17 final in the State Duals at Archbold on Wednesday. The Panthers used it to their advantage to topple the Streaks 38-27 to earn a trip to the inaugural state duals championships on Saturday.
