KALIDA -- Kalida proved too strong for Defiance in boys soccer action on Monday as the Wildcats shutout the Bulldogs 5-0 on Monday at Kalida.
"Injuries hurt us a little tonight, but Kalida has a good team," stated Defiance coach Carlos Lopez. "We played well in spots tonight, but just had too many mistakes."
Kalida (12-1) scored five goals by five different players. Defiance falls to 4-8-1 on the year.
Kalida was also a winner in the JV contest, 3-0.
