Youth Rally -- North Mount Zion Church, 22857 Ohio 15, rural Continental, Saturday, 7 p.m. Special speaker is Pastor Dane Emerick, campus pastor at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. There will be a special abilities contest, spontaneous melodrama, singing and food. All area youth invited.

Special Speaker -- Auglaize Chapel Church of God, 22652 County Road 60, rural Oakwood, Sunday, 9 a.m. Guest speaker is Dr. Ronald Duncan, General Director of Church of God Ministries, Anderson, Ind.

Bible Conference -- North Mount Zion Church, 22857 Ohio 15, rural Continental, Sunday, services at 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.; Monday through Wednesday, nightly at 7 p.m. Guest teacher is Pastor Dane Emerick, campus pastor at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va.

Trick or Treat for UNICEF -- Latty Friends Church, 331 Lewis St., Latty, Sunday, 3 p.m. Costumes are optional. Harvest soup supper begins at 4:30 p.m. All ages are welcome.

Special Music -- Rock Church, 0763 Ohio 637 (between Arthur and Five-Span bridge), Sunday, 6 p.m. Special music by Kingsley United Methodist Church, Van Wert.

Trunk or Treat -- Neapolis Church Of Christ parking lot, Central and Main, Neapolis, Monday, 5:30-7 p.m. Hot dogs and hot chocolate for all who attend, with or without costumes. Anyone with a car and lots of treats is welcome to join the other cars in attendance to bring love and joy to the children of the Neapolis area. Evening concludes with firehouse siren inviting all Halloween participants for more treats, fun, costume judging for prizes, and games in the fire house.

Turkey Supper -- Rose Hill Church of God, corner of Ohio 637 and Charloe Trail (Road 138), Nov. 3, 4-7 p.m. Free-will offering (carry-out dinners available for $7 each).

Fall Dinner -- St. John United Church of Christ, 950 Webster St., Nov. 3, 5-7 p.m. Menu includes chicken and beef sandwiches, homemade noodles and mashed potatoes, dressing, baked beans, salads, desserts and beverages. Free-will offering.

Program to Honor Veterans -- Twin Oaks United Methodist Church fellowship hall, Oakwood, Nov. 3, 6:30 p.m. The Oakwood Arbor group will honor Paulding County veterans. There will be short program and a light meal will be served. All county veterans are welcome, please RSVP to Eileen Kochensparger at 419-399-5818 by Oct. 29.

Church Women United World Community Day Service -- Trinity United Methodist Church, 413 E. Second St., Nov. 4, 1:30 p.m., co-hosted by First Presbyterian Church. Pancake Breakfast -- Paulding Church of the Nazarene Family Life Center, 210 Dooley Drive, Paulding, Nov. 5, 8:30-11:30 a.m. Free-will offering, net proceeds go to help sends kids to camp.

Holiday Shoppers Village -- Sherwood United Methodist Church, 512 N. Harrison St. (U.S. 127), Nov. 5, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Lunch at The Holiday Cafe, serving cinnamon rolls and menu of delightful eats; gift items; bake shop; holiday decorations; vendor's market square; and silent auction. Holiday Craft and Lunch Sale -- Neapolis Church Of Christ, corner Main & Central, Neapolis, Nov. 5, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Tables of homemade crafts from area crafters, plus homemade noodles, quilts, ornaments, snowmen, pop can flowers, chocolate and other items. Heavenly Cafe will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with homemade soup, salad, sandwiches, and pie. Proceeds to missions and missionaries.

"Jericho Road" Concert -- Evansport United Methodist Church, 1560 West Street, Evansport, Nov. 5, 5:30 p.m.. OH. Jericho Road is a Southern Gospel group based out of Findlay. Free-will offering, potluck follows concert with meat of grilled pork loin & baked chicken breast, drink and table service provided. "Slime Time Live" Fall Festival -- St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 400 Wayne Ave., Nov. 5, 6-8 p.m. Kids of all ages are invited to celebrate fall with a night of slimy fun for the entire family. Siberian Solstice Concert -- Huber Opera House and Civic Theater, 157 E. High St., Hicksville, Nov. 6, 4 p.m. This talented group of area musicians provide an exciting contemporary set of Christmas music as originally performed by the nationally acclaimed Trans-Siberian Orchestra, complete with electronic keyboards, drums and guitars. W. Oscar Jones Choral Festival -- St. John United Church of Christ, 950 Webster St., Nov. 6, 4:30 p.m. The performance will feature four choral ensembles including the DC Choral Union, DC Women's Chorus, Black Swamp Honors Choir, and the Northwesternaires barbershop chorus.
