Ohio school districts learn preliminary funding figures

A week after Ohio Gov. John Kasich announced his new school funding plan in Columbus, preliminary numbers have been released to the districts, giving them a better idea of what figures they may have to work with during fiscal years (FY) 2014 and 2015.
