The National Weather Service in northern Indiana has issued a freezing rain advisory for Defiance, Henry, Fulton, Pauling, Putnam and Williams counties.
This advisory for sleet and freezing rain is in effect from 6 p.m. today to 3 a.m. Monday. The winter weather advisory has been cancelled and replaced with the freezing rain advisory.
A mix of freezing rain and sleet will overspread the area Sunday evening and then persist until the temperature rises above freezing late tonight. Light ice accumulations of up to a tenth of an inch are expected.
