CONTINENTAL The future of school funding was the subject of an open forum hosted by Continental High School government students Tuesday evening at the elementary school. Addressing questions of the more than 50 audience members in attendance were Rep. Jim Hoops, R-Napoleon, and Bill Phillis, executive director of the Ohio Coalition for Equity and Adequacy in School Funding.
