TOLEDO A south Michigan man suspected of robbing an Archbold bank earlier this week is facing federal charges. Terry A. Horsley, 39, Coldwater, Mich., was formally charged with one count of bank robbery Thursday in U.S. Northern District Court here. No date for a court hearing has been set.
