PANDORA There was reason for celebration Sunday afternoon in Putnam County, with the dedication of the new $17 million facilities for Pandora-Gilboa Local Schools. Special guest speaker for the ceremony was Gov. Bob Taft. The state-of-the-art facilities, which house students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12, is located on Rocket Drive, just west of the village of Pandora.
