Tri-TI event targest area youth leaders

A three-day retreat for about 100 teen-agers next weekend at Camp Palmer will feature both work and fun-filled activities.
Youths from six area counties will gather March 12-14 at Camp Palmer near Fayette to learn about ways to prevent alcohol and drug addiction.
