After nearly 47 years of being in business, Fred Barnes closed his East Second Street restaurant for good after the last patron was served Sunday. The reasons are many, but mostly its just time to do so, he said of the closing. Many memories, friendships, acquaintances and positive experiences have occurred within these walls.
