PAULDING With two longtime incumbents not seeking re-election, some hotly contested party races have developed for the March 2 primary in Paulding County. County voters will also be marking ballots for candidates vying for party nominations as U.S. president, senator and congressman, as well as state representative and judicial seats on Ohios Supreme Court and appeals court. Too, several key tax issues for school districts and municipalities will be decided.
