PAULDING More than 50 people gathered at the annual Paulding Chamber of Commerce breakfast this morning to hear about the various issues going on around Ohio. Representative of the 75th District, Jim Hoops, R-Napoleon, spoke to the group about the current and future challenges and opportunities facing the state. Hoops said the state currently has a lot of challenges and opportunities presenting themselves. A lot of time its how you look at these challenges to see how the old saying is true, When life gives you lemons, make lemonade, he said. Among the issues Hoops discussed were the renovations of U.S. 24 and education in the state.
