Working in the cold weather: Those out in elements face some challenges

How cold has it been in northwest Ohio? So cold, that when the thermometer reached 35 on Monday it felt like a heat wave. According to the National Weather Services northern Indiana office, the temperature has only reached above freezing six times in the past three weeks. The average temperature for January was 20.7 degrees Fahrenheit, which is 4 degrees below normal.
