NAPOLEON Napoleon Area Schools levy supporters gathered Thursday to begin working toward a formidable task changing the minds of at least 400 persons who voted against the districts November levy.
With more than $1.7 million in permanent budget cuts already implemented, school officials hope voters will approve an additional 7.9-mill, five-year levy on March 2 in order to avoid making another $800,000 in cutbacks. An identical measure failed Nov. 2 by about 800 votes.
