A Fifth Third Bank became the latest business Monday afternoon to ask city officials to rezone property near Defiance College. The citys planning commission considered Fifth Third Banks request to rezone lots 702-720 on North Clinton Street directly west of DCs Defiance Hall from AO (apartments and offices) to B-3 (highway and general business). But the commission tabled a decision until its February meeting.
