COLUMBUS The city of Napoleon is getting nearly $3 million from the state to help clean up a junkyard near the citys center that could be marketed for future development.
Without comment, the State Controlling Board released Monday $2.737 million to the city to clean up the 62-acre property in the 1600 block of Commerce Drive.
