Newly-elected Mayor Bob Armstrong (right) was sworn into office on Thursday by Judge John Rohrs III during a brief ceremony at the citys annex building. Friends, family and council members were on hand for the event and were invited to take a tour of the facility. The annex is expected to become the new home of the mayor and several other city offices, freeing up space for the municipal court.
