CONTINENTAL During a very brief session Tuesday, Continental Village Council ended the year with the swearing-in of village officials and a new mayor. Village attorney Joseph Schroeder administered the oath of office to new mayor Terry Dockery Sr. and returning council members Karen Johnston and Kenneth Mullett.
