Ohio environmental officials and Garden Ridge Nursery have reached an agreement committing the firm north of Defiance to make certain wastewater improvements. A judgment entry in the case of Ohio attorney general Jim Petros office against Garden Ridge, 05557 Ohio 66 north, was made available this week in Defiance County Common Pleas Court.
