Napoleon council makes future connection plans

NAPOLEON Looking toward the future and the construction of a new river bridge to connect the north and south sides of the city, Napoleon City Council took action on several measures during their Monday evening meeting. A vacant apartment building on the citys south side will soon be torn down to make way for the new river bridge. On first reading, council approved a resolution to spend funds, without the necessity for competitive bidding, to demolish an apartment building just south of the current river bridge at 307-311 S. Perry St.
