NAPOLEON After 18 years as executive director of the Nap-oleon/Henry County Chamber of Commerce, Sue Westen-dorf has resign-ed, effective today, according to the chamber board. Westendorf has served as chamber director since 1985, and since that time has been a part of many positive changes in the county.
