COLUMBUS Milk processors should not pay Ohio fees for milk purchased from other states, attorneys for a Defiance milk processor told the Ohio Supreme Court Tuesday. Diehl Inc. took its case to the Ohio Supreme Court Tuesday in an effort to continue operating in Ohio while paying fees for only Ohio produced milk.
