One of Defiances mayoral candidates is going public with his choice for city administrator. Dem-ocrat Bob Arm-strong, who will try to oust Republican incumbent Fred Schultz on Nov. 4, announced Wednesday that if hes elected, he will offer the position to current finance director Jeff Leonard. Leonard has been the citys finance director since January 1992, and has had his contract renewed several times by Schultz.
