A city man implicated in the murder of his former girlfriend has yet to be charged by local authorities, but his case may be headed to a grand jury. Defiance County Sheriff David Westrick said last weekend that Jeremy Rucker, 23, 1209 Ayersville Ave., would be charged Monday or Tuesday with aggravated murder. Although no charge had been filed as of press time this morning, Rucker was being held at CCNO on a parole violation.
