PAULDING A Paulding attorney has been appointed the new judge of Paulding County Court. Gov. Bob Taft on Thursday announced he has appointed Timothy Pieper to the bench seat, replacing Patrick Young, who died Aug. 8. Piepers appointment is effective Oct. 20. I consider it a great privilege and am very honored and humbled by it, Pieper said this morning of the appointment.
