NAPOLEON The change in seasons will be celebrated during the citys annual fall festival celebration, which will be held Saturday, in downtown Napoleon and at the Henry County Fairgrounds. Live entertainment, crafters, tractor pulls and kids games will all be part of the fun during the one-day event, which will start at 9 a.m. at both locations, and run until 4 p.m.
