The last summer holiday of the year is nearly upon us, and while most people associate it with joyous times, highway tragedy is often part of the mix. Of the three summer holidays, for example, the Labor Day weekend has proven to be the deadliest on Ohios roadways during each of the past five years, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol.
