The offer Defiance County commissioners have made for the old Defiance Hospital campus has drawn some recent criticism, but the figure isnt far from todays appraised value. Commissioners have offered City Hall $2.7 million for the 13-acre property, which includes the old hospital and a medical office building, constructed in 1997 for approximately $6 million.
