Although Defiance City Hall is considering a revised memorandum of understanding with ProMedica Health System on the future of Defiance Hospitals former East Second Street campus, some serious concerns re-main. An ordinance approving the memorandum was let lie by Defiance City Council Tuesday night following a second reading and more than 112 hours of discussion. A third reading will be heard on Aug. 5.
