Three persons implicated in the sale or possession of various drugs have been sentenced in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Roel Moreno Sr., 46, Butler, Ind., was given prison terms totaling four years and 11 months on two counts of trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine), second- and third-degree felonies; and trafficking in cocaine, a fourth-degree felony.
