PAULDING Eighteen individuals have filed a personal injury, class-action lawsuit against Cooper Farms and Pharaoh Ltd of rural Oakwood. In the suit, filed in Paulding County Common Pleas Court, the plaintiffs allege negligence, invasion of quiet enjoyment and trespass, nuisance, absolute negligence, reckless acts, and emotional distress caused by Cooper Farms and Pharaoh Ltd from odors and discharges from factory farms.
