Johns Manville Corp. has yet to decide the fate of plant 3 that burned Friday, but most of the plants employees have received information about the status of their jobs.
According to Gwen Dickinson, supervisor for Ohio Department of Jobs & Family Services, 64 plant employees are indefinitely laid off, effective today, and the remaining 132 will bump lower seniority workers at other plants, resulting in the same number of layoffs in one to two weeks.
