Residents concerned about the healthiness of Garden Ridge Nurserys composting operation brought their complaints to Defiance County commissioners Monday. Their biggest worry is the county health departments impending withdrawal from handling solid waste issues. Keeping an eye on such matters which include composting operations will be primarily undertaken by Ohio EPA.
