COLUMBUS The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recently filed a case with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office against Vreba Hoff Dairy Development LLC, a developer of large-scale dairy farms in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. The issue at hand is alleged violations of the storm water permit.
