Greyhound Pets of America's local chapter meets, hears about brutalized dogs in Spain

In January, in Spain, most shelters get flooded with galgos. They are brought in beaten, hanged, shot, starved, and some dogs have scabies or gashes in their throats where their microchips have been extracted. Others are found dumped in deep wells or along highways.
