Eugenia Gail Crane, 55, of Defiance, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013, at ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital.
She was born on August 19, 1957, to Billy and Wilma (Arnold) Long in Norton, Va. On February 22, 2005, she married Wayne Crane.
Eugenia was a dedicated mother and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. She worked at GM Powertrain from 1995-2005, and loved music (especially Elvis Presley and George Jones).
Eugenia is survived by her husband, Wayne, of Defiance; son, Brandon (Candace) Newman of Sanford, Fla.; stepson, Myron Crane of Pioneer; daughter, Ashlee (Blaine) Hubert of Sanford, Fla.; stepdaughter, Melissa Crane of Livonia, Mich.; grandchildren, Angus Crane, Kamryn Dockery, Khloe Dockery, Ayden Hubert, Bryce Hubert; and a brother, Michael (Lynn) Long of Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Kathy Roehrig.
Visitation will be held from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Monday, February 25, 2013, in the DAR Chapel at Riverside Cemetery with a memorial service immediately following, with Rev. Isaac Shelton Jr. officiating.
